De-stacker
Basic Information
The Destacker is used to separate a stack of tires into individual units. The main components of the machine are two vertical belt conveyors mounted on movable arms mowing by gear motors. The arms grip the stack of tires, and through the movement of the conveyor belt, lower the tires one by one onto the conveyor below. The belt conveyor is movable by pneumatic cylinders. The machine is equipped with sensors to monitor destacking process. Tire Destackers are used in Final Finish Handling System area.
